Toldos y Carpas de México is a manufacturer of tents, canopies, awnings and tensile shade structures, based at Constitución 336, Tecolotlán, Jalisco 48540, Mexico. Owner and legal representative: Alfonso Ortiz.

All quotations are provided in good faith based on the information you provide. Quotations are valid for the period stated on the document (typically 30 days). Orders are confirmed only when we have received your written acceptance and the agreed deposit.
Prices are quoted in Mexican pesos (MXN) unless otherwise stated and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment terms are agreed on a per-project basis and detailed in the quotation. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; prices confirmed in an accepted quotation are not affected.
Delivery and installation timelines are estimated at the time of quotation. We will make every reasonable effort to meet agreed dates but are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control (force majeure, weather, third-party logistics).
Our products carry a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, as detailed in the project contract. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear. See our Refund Policy for additional information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of our website or our products and services is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco.
