Absolutely. Every structure we deliver is engineered to national wind, snow and seismic load standards. For industrial and tensile projects we provide full stamped engineering documentation suitable for permitting and insurance purposes.
Standard tents and canopies carry a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Industrial and tensile projects come with structural warranties detailed in the project contract. We also stand behind every installation — if something is wrong, we make it right.
Yes, we maintain a rental inventory of selected event tents for weddings, corporate activations and one-time events. Ask us about availability for your dates.
Yes. Custom sizing is our default — most projects are made to measure. Custom colors, printed branding, integrated lighting and hardware modifications are all possible. Share your requirements and we will design accordingly.

We provide a written care guide with every delivery covering cleaning, storage and seasonal handling. We also offer paid maintenance contracts — periodic inspection, cleaning and preventive repairs — for clients who prefer to hand the responsibility to us.
Yes. We accept bank transfers (SPEI), major credit and debit cards, and — for corporate clients — invoicing with standard net terms. Payment details are confirmed in writing on the quotation. We never request payment through unofficial channels.
