The great majority of our products are custom-manufactured to order based on the specifications agreed in your quotation. Because these products are made specifically for you, they are not eligible for return in the same way a stock product would be.
Orders may be cancelled without penalty until manufacturing has begun. Once manufacturing is underway, the following cancellation terms apply:
Every product we deliver carries a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty periods depend on the product category and are detailed in your project contract. Typical periods are:
The warranty covers defects that arise under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, extreme weather beyond the design specification, or normal wear and tear.

We will inspect the product (on site or by returned sample) and, if the claim is valid, repair or replace the product at no cost to you within a reasonable timeframe.
For rental items, refund and cancellation terms are detailed in your rental agreement. Cancellations at least 14 days before the rental date are eligible for a full refund; cancellations closer to the date may be subject to a partial cancellation fee.
We offer paid repair services for products that are outside their warranty period or where the damage is not covered under warranty. Contact us for a repair quotation.
